What I produce

You are buying finished content assets, not an audience. A shoot is composed from the pieces below and sized to the place and the deal. Most projects pair a hero film with a set of vertical cutdowns and a stills set; the rest get added when the work calls for them.

  • Hero film

A 60 to 90 second property or venue film in 4K, 16:9, for the top of a listing, a website, or an in-room screen.

  • Vertical cutdowns

15 to 30 second 9:16 cuts for Reels and TikTok, built from the same shoot.

  • Detail B-roll

Amenity, texture, and signature-detail clips for ongoing social.

  • Edited stills

A set of graded, web-resolution selects sized for the listing, booking page, website, and social.

  • Drone aerials

Establishing aerials where airspace allows, flown under Part 107.

  • Paid-ad cutdowns

Cuts licensed for paid social, sized for Meta and TikTok ad placements.

  • Launch starter

A small, fast set to launch a new page or refresh a tired one.

Edited selects arrive ready to post. Every project includes a non-exclusive license to use the delivered assets on your owned channels — your listing, website, and organic social — for twelve months, renewable. Paid-ad rights, extended terms, and exclusivity are quoted per project. Raw footage stays with the studio; you license the finished edit.

Your brand, not mine

Shot to fit

Most places do not want a creator's signature look. They want film and stills that match the brand they already have. That is how this works.

  • Shot to your brand guide

Color, tone, and pacing follow your brand, not a fixed personal style. Send your fonts, hex or Pantone colors, and logo, and the work is graded to match.

  • The look is locked before the shoot

Send two or three reference reels and I build a short mood board, then confirm the direction with you before anything is filmed.

  • Reviewed at a set checkpoint

Style-match is checked at a defined approval point, with two revision rounds included, so the final set fits the brand it is for.

How a project runs

  • Turnaround

Edited selects land within 7 to 10 business days of the shoot. A rush turnaround is available when a launch date needs it.

  • Revisions

Two revision rounds are included on each deliverable. A revision refines an existing cut or grade; a new shot or an added deliverable is a separate piece.

  • Raw footage

Edited deliverables are licensed to you; the raw footage and source files stay with the studio. A raw-footage handoff can be added per project.

A few notes

  • Flown legally

Aerials are captured under FAA Part 107 by a certificated remote pilot, only where airspace allows. Some locations need an authorization with lead time; a few cannot be flown at all. That is checked before any aerial is promised.

  • Outside the U.S.

For shoots abroad, drone operations are arranged to comply with the destination's local regulations, secured per project. Part 107 covers U.S. flights; international permits are obtained as each trip requires.

  • Insurance on request

A per-shoot liability certificate naming the property is available when a venue requires one. Common for resorts and larger attractions, rarely needed for a private rental.

  • Hosted and gifted work

When a stay or visit is comped, that is a material connection the FTC expects disclosed. The studio supplies compliant disclosure wording, and the agreement sets who discloses on which channel.
